Why a QR code beats a card machine.
Card machines can be costly, awkward to maintain, or simply out of reach for small businesses. A code on a sign solves that.
| Feature | Card machine | MeeGo Pay |
|---|---|---|
| What you need | A POS device | A QR code and a mobile money number |
| Upkeep | Maintenance and repairs | None. It’s a code. |
| Who can accept cards | Often only larger businesses | Any small business or individual |
| How you get paid | Depends on the provider | Sent to your mobile money |
